The Best PlayStation Consoles to Date [Celebrities]

admin

Growing up, all of us saw a head-to-head competition between the two big guns, PlayStation and Xbox. Even though the competition was always intense, I have always been loyal to PlayStation for as long as I can remember.

So let’s take a trip down memory lane and list down some of the best consoles PlayStation has given us. Keep in mind that this list isn’t in order, it just mentions all the best ones and what attributes that makes them unique. So without any further ado, let’s get into it!

Who says that you can’t get started with the latest one? Even though the PlayStation 5 came a couple of years ago, it is still brilliant enough to sweep me off my feet every time I turn it on and hear that “beep” sound. The DualSense 5 controller is also a leap into the future with its haptic feedback and adaptive triggers that make your gaming experience as immersive as possible!

The PS5 is nothing less than a game changer, with its powerful Solid State Drive (SSD), which insanely reduced reduces load times for games and made the console generally lightning-fast. Since we live in the wonderful age of the internet, you can order a PS5 online and get it delivered to your house!

All you need is an internet connection fast enough not just to help you buy one and get it delivered but also the kind that will allow you to download games on your console as quickly as possible. Not only is the internet important to download games but it is also a must to enjoy all your favorite online games such as Fortnite and Valorant.

If you’re looking for a good internet connection for online gaming,Here, I would suggest that you contact Xfinity Customer Support so that they can hook you up with an internet connection brilliant for gaming since Xfinity is already pretty popular among the gaming community of the United States.

Pro Tip: If you want to make your PS5 look even better, you should consider getting the black faceplates for it. It goes brilliantly with the blue lights in the console!

Now coming toward the one that is truly iconic, the global bestseller, the PlayStation 2. Even though it came in the early 2000s, even today people believe that the PlayStation 2it was the best out of them all. The console was so good that even today, it’s games have been remastered onto the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Some of the most iconic ones include Kingdom Hearts, GTA San Andreas and the Jak and Daxter series., to the point that most of its games have been remastered onto the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 5.

Sony drastically improved the graphics engines from the PlayStation 1 to the PlayStation 2, which is one of the many reasons that made the console as iconic as it was. Some of the games I remember playing for hours include Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+, and Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition Remix. Easy to say that these games had an integral part in my childhood!

Next up in line , we have theis PS4, which actually gave the PS2 a lot oftough competition as well. The PS4 came with a SIXAXIS controller and a touchpad, which changed things by a great deal.

The main reason why I decided to buy a PS4 was simple, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End! I remember watching the trailer for hours before I finally bought the console. What made things even better was that Naughty Dog decided to remaster the previous three Uncharted games and even The Last of Us for the PS4.

Not only that, Square Enix also decided that it would remaster all the Kingdom Hearts games for the PS4 and even remade the iconic Final Fantasy VII for it too! Imagine how ecstatic this made gamers all over the world! No wonder a lot of people ended up buying the PS4.

Commonly known as the PSP, the PlayStation Portable was actually a pretty underrated console. The best part about it was that you could carry it wherever you wanted, hence the “portable” in the name.

The console had some pretty engaging and intriguing games, such as Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep (later remastered for the PS4), Lego Harry Potter series and a spinoff of the iconic Jak and Daxter series called “Daxter.”. The console was later succeeded by the PS Vita, but it can easily be said that the PS Vita failed miserably.

No matter how many consoles I bought, the PSP will always have a special place in my heart as it traveled places with me and was my constant companion through excruciatingly slow subway rides.

Though the PlayStation 3 had the highest price tag, it is still the console that was a leap forward in terms of generations. The last generation, the PlayStation 2, was still pretty good but lacked a lot of features that were later offered in the PS3.

The PS3 came with integrated WiFi and supported Blu-Ray discs, which gave enhanced graphics and smoother gameplay. The console also offered some pretty decent titles such as Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted: Among Thieves, Uncharted: Drake’s Deception, The Last of Us, and a lot more.

These are some of the consoles that brought Sony’s PlayStation to where it is today. Now all we can do is wait for the rumored PlayStation 5 Pro to arrive soon so that we can put our gaming to greater extremes!

In present times, it is very likely that you would either have a PS4 or a PS5, since all the predecessors are now outdated. I would recommend that you should have Red Dead Redemption 2, Kingdom Hearts II and Final Fantasy VII Remake on your list of games to play!
